Who I Am & What I Do: 

My approach is intuitive and client-focused, blending a natural understanding of movement with proven techniques. As a NASM Certified Flexibility and Stretching Coach with more than ten years in health and wellness — and a foundation in Kinesiology and Psychology — I create assisted stretching programs that enhance mobility and ease tension in the body.

Hands-on assisted stretching can improve posture and mobility while sharpening your awareness of how your body moves — so you build practical habits that carry into how you sit, stand, train, and move every day.
